PUJOL HARRIS – Terms of Use
1. General
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) are valid between you and PUJOL HARRIS (henceforth “PUJOL HARRIS,” “we,” or “us”) and apply to all uses of, and orders placed on, the PUJOL HARRIS website www.PUJOLHARRIS.com (the “Website”).
PUJOL HARRIS does not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are available or in stock at all times. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Orders may only be placed by individuals aged 18 years or older.
PUJOL HARRIS reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the latest update appears in Section 28. Users are responsible for staying informed of any changes. The Terms and Conditions applicable to your order are always those in effect at the time the order is placed. You are advised to keep a copy for future reference.

3. Placing an Order
By using the Website and/or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted both these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not place an order.
Before placing your order, you will have an opportunity to review your selections, confirm the accuracy of the information provided, check total pricing, and correct any errors.
Products placed in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until checkout is completed and you receive an order confirmation email.
If prolonged inactivity causes your connection to the Website to fail, your product selections may be lost and must be re-entered.
4. Order Confirmation
After submitting an order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number, product details, payment information, and delivery details. This email confirms that we have received your order—it does not constitute acceptance.
Acceptance and Shipping Confirmation
Orders are subject to availability. Once processed, a shipping confirmation email will be sent. This constitutes PUJOL HARRIS’s acceptance of your order.
If a product you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you via email. If payment has already been made, we will refund the purchase amount for the unavailable item.
5. Colors
PUJOL HARRIS strives to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, color settings on your device may cause variations. We cannot be held responsible for such discrepancies.
6. Prices and Delivery
Prices and delivery costs displayed on the Website include applicable sales tax. Prices may differ from those in physical stores.
PUJOL HARRIS reserves the right to cancel any order if the price information was clearly incorrect and you knew or should reasonably have known this.
Delivery costs appear during checkout.
7. Payments
PUJOL HARRIS accepts most major credit and debit cards. Please confirm with your bank that your card is valid for online purchases.
Your card will be charged when PUJOL HARRIS sends the order confirmation email.
All card transactions are processed via Stripe, using 3D Secure encryption. PUJOL HARRIS does not store any payment data.
If your payment card issuer refuses authorization, your order will be cancelled. PUJOL HARRIS is not responsible for any fees imposed by your payment provider.
8. Delivery
Shipping Method
PUJOL HARRIS offers UPS shipping. Orders may take up to 7 business days to dispatch, although we aim to dispatch within 48 hours on weekdays (1–2 days during sale periods).
Delivery times are guidelines and begin at dispatch. Delays may occur due to payment authorization issues or stock availability. If PUJOL HARRIS fails to deliver within 45 days, you may have the right to cancel the purchase.
Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. All orders are traceable via UPS.
First-Time Order Policy
To prevent fraud, PUJOL HARRIS may ship first-time orders only to a verified billing or work address. Ensure that your billing and shipping information match your card details to avoid delays.
9. Returns and Exchanges — ALL SALES FINAL
PUJOL HARRIS does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items sold.
All sales are final.
10. Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, notify us immediately and no later than five (5) days after receipt.
If PUJOL HARRIS confirms the product is defective, a replacement will be sent.
Return of Defective Products

PUJOL HARRIS does not provide free return shipping for defective items. Shipping, handling, and customs fees are non-refundable.
To qualify for a replacement, products must be in the same condition as delivered—unused, with tags and seals attached, and accessories returned in their original, undamaged boxes. Any reduction in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to assess the defect may void the replacement right.
11. PUJOL HARRIS Quality Guarantee
PUJOL HARRIS complies with all applicable consumer regulations. Please notify us promptly if you receive defective products.
12. Copyright Notice
All materials on the Website—including trademarks, graphics, text, photos, designs, logos, images, data, and software—are owned or licensed by PUJOL HARRIS.

Arbitration Requirement
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Stockholm, Sweden, under Swedish Arbitration Association rules. Proceedings will be confidential.
Class actions and representative claims are not permitted.
Each party pays its own legal fees; arbitration administrative fees are shared equally.
You must contact PUJOL HARRIS within three (3) weeks of any event giving rise to a claim.
PUJOL HARRIS may seek court relief for intellectual property or data protection issues.

26. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any legal action must be brought in the public courts of Stockholm, unless arbitration is required under Section 24.
